(Colombia, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Eddie Morales, BetGames.TV Sales Director for Latin America, spoke exclusively with SoloAzar about the upcoming presentation at GAT Virtual Expo, which will be held from October 13 to 15. "Growing and optimizing are two premises that Betgames.tv has as its objective", he commented.

What will you be presenting at GAT Virtual Expo?


Obviously I will be representing Betgames.tv in the first place, so beyond the products and myself, the first objective is to make our brand known. Second, provide knowledge, experiences and solutions to help find a "meeting point" with the audience. And finally, as a basic theme, explain why Betgames.tv products are different, convenient and why they have achieved so much success and recognition since their beginning.


What are your expectations for the event? What motivated you to participate?


I believe that communication is a capacity in which we all find deficiencies in these "special" times that we live, therefore all effort is little in trying to replace and unite the fact of being present in some way. Our intention was to be in Cartagena this year, so somehow we will be present as well. The expectations are to maintain and strengthen the existing ties with companies not only from Colombia, but from all over Latin America that attend the event; at the same time establishing new contacts and relationships.


How is the situation of the Company in the region?


After recent achievements with several partners throughout the Latin American region, Colombia is a next step of great importance for Betgames.tv, not only in terms of market potentiality figures but also as a guarantor of prestige and official status, continuing with our "track record "of representation in the most famous regulated markets such as the United Kingdom, Italy, South Africa, etc. For this reason, we are currently undertaking the certification of our Colombia product within the recently regulated category of "Live Casino".


What are the company's future plans?


Without going into specific details of internal strategy, like any company that boasts of growing and optimizing, I believe that these are two premises that Betgames.tv has as its objective; while maintaining the originality and differentiation of our product and philosophy. I believe that the regulation of more markets in Latin America will be a future challenge where Betgames.tv will continue to be faithful to its path since its birth in 2012: growth, learning and innovation, localization and certification. 


How have you managed to handle the present and future of the company towards such an unpredictable situation thar occured this year with Covid-19?


Personally I believe thar nobody can be prepared for a social "tsunami" like this, but we can try to manage the situation the best we can, using the advantages available. Fortunately, within the misfortune, Betgames.tv has not had to interrupt the activity of its studies at any time because all the necessary operational and security measures and countermeasures were taken to not interrupt the live activity, at the same time that the habit of teleworking for office personnel was adapted without major problems. At the results level, the company already had an inertia of growth in the online channel that has more than offset the cessation of activity in some of our face-to-face partners. It has also been demonstrated that the lack of sporting events during the harshest months of the pandemic has so far caused a considerable growth in all performance indicators of our games.
